Welcome

Do you enjoy taking photos? Enjoy getting out and about with your camera? Enjoy learning about new photographic techniques and sharing your knowledge and experience with others? – Then the Dunedin Photographic Society is for you!

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7.30pm, Mornington Presbyterian Community Centre, 16 Maryhill Terrace.

Check the current programme here.

Visitors are always welcome  – please contact the secretary for meeting details and access to the Zoom Room. Meetings are structured around a speaker with other regular items – such as the Print and Projected Image of the month competitions.

We have regular social photowalks and fieldtrips (according to the COVID-19 regulations at the time), which involve getting outdoors with your camera and taking photos of all sorts of things.  Some recent trips include: photowalk around the harbour, sunrise photoshoot at St Clair, trip to Shag Point, and a photowalk in the Botanic Gardens.

If you would like more information, please contact us or come along to a meeting at the Mornington Presbyterian Community Centre, 16 Maryhill Terrace.
